The project aims to qualify the public space of Bairro do Arrabalde, through the replacement of the irregular route, creation of gardens and living areas and remodeling of infrastructure, improving the quality and homogeneity of the urban space, making that historic neighborhood of Moimenta da Beira a more attractive space for the rehabilitation of the building and consequent increase of residents.
