The building of the JI of Gualtar presents several constructive pathologies, and embarrassing limitations to its operation in the face of demographic growth. The requalification and extension ensures the improvement of the technical conditions of the building, in order to house new valences, namely the creation of another room and a covered playground, as well as ensuring the readjustment and creation of new spaces, thus complying with the legislation in force.
