hiring support measures consisting of providing financial support to the employer who enters into an employment contract with an unemployed person registered with the employment services, with a view to combating unemployment, fostering net job creation and promoting the recruitment of disadvantaged groups and the strengthening of more stable employment relationships, and combating segmentation and precariousness in the labour market.
