The main objective of the project is to fulfil the obligations of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic by ensuring the exchange of its data and the transfer of data between institutions within the Slovak Republic by creating a modern solution with a consistent, interoperable and integrated database of data. The main objective of the proposed solution includes: Increased transparency and availability of information – The implementation of the system will improve the public availability of data of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, thus contributing to increased transparency of processes. By making available data from the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic (provision of data for the ‘My Data’ service), we enable the user of the ‘My Data’ service to have practical means of accessing, obtaining, using and controlling his or her data. Increase transparency – The public and business sector will have access to detailed environmental data. Development of innovation and technological solutions – Open data will enable the development of new innovative services and applications for the business sector, which will be able to use published data to accelerate and streamline processes. Improving process efficiency – Automation and digital transformation of processes will lead to more efficient and faster management. Data quality assurance – Implemented mechanisms for monitoring and improving data quality will contribute to data reliability and accuracy. More efficient use of data in decision-making – The system will provide tools for advanced data analysis, allowing for more accurate and faster decision-making within the sector. Reduction of administrative burden – Automation of processes and integration of systems will contribute to reducing the need for manual data processing, thereby reducing the administrative burden on employees of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic. Improving the quality of public administration services – The system will contribute to improving process management, which will translate into an overall improvement in the quality of the services provided. The proposed solution will significantly contribute to improving the exchange of information between public sector institutions through automation and digital transformation of processes. Automation will not only speed up the processing of applications and administrative procedures, but also streamline the entire cycle of public resource management. Digital tools will make individual processes faster and more efficient, reducing the need for manual interventions and minimising human error. Increasing the transparency of the whole process is also an important asset. The project directly contributes to the achievement of the objectives defined in the National Concept of Informatisation of Public Administration of the Slovak Republic 2021, namely under Priority Axis 2 - Digital and Data Transformation to the Objective: 2.3 Increase openness and transparency of public administration data 2.4 Complete the digital environment based on data sharing in public administration From the point of view of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, the proposed solution is a strategic step towards a modern and transparent public administration, which will allow FOs and CAs to have control over their data and be able to effectively use the available data to support their decision-making processes and increase public confidence in the transparency of their processes. The implementation of the project will significantly contribute to a more efficient use of data in public administration, thus achieving not only improvements but also supporting the development of the knowledge economy and innovation in the business sector. Integration of data from different government systems will ensure faster access to data, increase its quality and consistency, enabling better data-driven policies and decisions. The future status after the implementation of the project based on the PDAPI (Data and Process Integration Platform) concept is designed in such a way that it is possible to: the introduction of personal data management for the ‘my data’ service under the ‘1x and enough’ principle to make automated use of PRO registration objects and external entities through data integrations within the RU sector, through the integration interface to provide the required objects of records, registers and reference registers for the G2G, G2B, G2C, opendata, High Value Data (HVD) services and other relevant requirements, to effectively implement processes for data management settings to improve data quality, to use automated procedures (data driven), performance tracking, user tracking, decision-making processes, etc., to introduce and gradually build a sectoral central data model in the applicable standards in synergy with the central VS data model, to identify processes through which internal and externa
