The main purpose of the project is to implement and finance KIB measures as defined in particular in Acts No 69/2018 on cybersecurity and amending certain acts (‘Act No 69/2018’) and No 95/2019 on information technologies in public administration and amending certain acts (‘the ITVS Act’). The result of the project will be the implementation of cybersecurity and information security measures, which will be delivered as a single unit for the purpose of increasing protection against KIB incidents. The expected results of the project are: Project outputs within the meaning of Decree 401/2023 on project management. If the subject of realization is a work (valuable rights and/or source code), MŠVVaM SR acquires the right to exercise the copyright in this work, including an exclusive and territorially unlimited license. These terms do not apply to so-called boxed software that is sold as a product by either the implementer or a third party.
