Better use of MV SR I data.

Project 1 focuses on the modernisation and integration of data on natural persons in the Slovak Republic, with an emphasis on improving the management of basic personal data such as birth, marriage and death certificates and residence data of Slovak citizens. This project aims to ensure that these data are managed efficiently and in line with current legislative requirements, thus promoting a better quality of public services provided to citizens. Data on natural persons (IS RFO): Managing data on natural persons through the Information System of the Register of Natural Persons (IS RFO) remains a key agenda of the project. This system will continue to integrate with related systems and ensure that the data underlying the various administrative operations are accurate and up-to-date. Birth certificate details: Currently, birth certificate data is generated from the RFO IS in the Central Data Integration Platform (IS CPDI). In the future, this task will be transferred to the Central Information System of Matrices and Agendas (CISMA), and new legislation will be required for data processing in the context of life situations requiring authorisation by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic (MoI SR). Marriage certificate details: Similar to birth certificates, marriage certificate data is currently generated from IS RFO in CSRU. In the future, their management will take place in CISMA, and it is therefore necessary to provide for legislative changes that will allow for the correct processing of these data in the context of life situations. Death certificate data: The management of the death certificate data currently generated from the RFO IS in CSRU will also be transferred to CISMA. This transition requires the preparation of new legislation to ensure that the processing of these data complies with legal standards and effectively takes into account the life situations where these data are generated. Residence data of a Slovak citizen: The residence data of Slovak citizens constitute a separate agenda managed by the Central Reporting Office. While the integration of these data will remain in the RFO IS, there are open questions about the accuracy and timeliness of the data, as well as the need to address notifications in life situations, especially in the context of life situation 6. This point represents a challenge that will need to be addressed in the next legislative process. Address details of the SR: The Central Register of Addresses is a register of all existing addresses in the territory of Slovakia. It is a source of valid data on the basis of which it is possible to unambiguously identify building objects. Expected project deliverables Modernisation of data management: The transfer of the management of birth, marriage and death certificates to CISMA will contribute to streamlining and centralising data, thereby reducing the administrative burden and improving access to accurate information. Legislative adaptations: The introduction of the necessary legislation will allow the correct integration of personal data management into the new system, which will contribute to better management of citizens' life situations. Improved integration and notifications: Resolving issues related to the integration of residence data of Slovak citizens and ensuring an effective notification system will improve information and the provision of services to citizens. The project is a key step towards the modernisation of public administration, which will strengthen the quality of services provided to citizens and ensure that data on natural persons are managed securely, efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.
