The aim of this project is to improve access to and use of basic technical infrastructure and civic amenities for the inhabitants of Lemešany, to improve the conditions of the inhabitants of MRC through the completion of the engineering networks in Lemešany. Due to the incomplete sewerage in the village, there is a sanitary as well as health risk for the inhabitants of MRC due to the unavailability of the sewerage system in each household. In view of these facts, it is a priority for us to provide engineering networks (construction of sewerage and WWTP) for all inhabitants of the village. Therefore, we focused on the following target groups within the project: The main target group - individuals and families living in unfavourable living conditions, i.e. mainly citizens from MRC in the number of 500-13 family houses, 2 flats with the number of 24 apartments and inhabitants of the settlement . The starting and final number of persons of this group benefiting from the project implementation is approximately the same or slightly increasing in the time zone of the project implementation. A secondary target group - other inhabitants of the village from socially disadvantaged groups, - inhabitants of the village who will directly or indirectly benefit from the implementation of the given project, since its implementation will positively contribute to the mutual relations between the majority population and citizens from MRC, will help to the overall standard of living in the village and will have an overall positive impact on its inhabitants, - long-term unemployed inhabitants of the village, - residents of surrounding smaller villages and visitors to the village. By introducing basic services into Roma settlements, we will achieve increased comfort and improved hygiene conditions for families living in unsatisfactory conditions. Improving the level of housing and overall hygiene creates the basic preconditions for social inclusion, so we will contribute in the coming years to the inclusion of marginalized communities in the majority society. The key implementation of the project itself will also take place directly in the settlement of CLLD, which is located in a locality directly connected with the settlement of the rest of the population of the municipality. Ultimately, the settlement of CLLD represents a settlement integrated within the municipality with a link to the rest of the population of the municipality. By implementing the project, we will thus achieve a significant reduction in the social exclusion of the population from CLLD from all three dimensions of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation. We will promote mutually beneficial relations between citizens from the MRC and the majority society in an effort to mitigate their prejudices against members of the MRC. We plan to implement programs, cultural and social events, performances, sports and other activities based on mutual cooperation of citizens from the environment of the MRC and the majority of the population in the village. By providing access to civil engineering networks to residents from CLLD, we will contribute to reducing their isolation from the majority society in the municipality. Since the construction of the sewerage network will also be carried out in a separate site, which is located at the VU and VU of the municipality, the project will not contribute to the segregation of the population from the MRC. Through the implementation of the project, all inhabitants of a Roma locality of 500 inhabitants (100% of the population from MRC) will also be connected to the sewage network.
