The construction of the ‘Prievidza bypass I. stage, 2nd construction - MZ in the future I/64 route’ will complement the city’s bypass road with another section and thus create a new road connection to this part of the city. Transit traffic from the industrial park through the city centre will be excluded and the environment in Prievidza will be improved by reducing noise, emissions and vibrations. Improved fluidity will increase the safety of all transport participants and will also allow direct connection from Bojnice to road I/9 and part of it will lighten the city center by directions to Handlová and Nováky.
