The purpose of the national project Debarrierization of the Labour Market is to focus on the removal of obstacles or physical barriers that prevent the full and equal participation of different population groups in the labour market. The project aims to identify and remove barriers for disadvantaged groups of people, in particular people with disabilities, and to create an inclusive environment for them. The project will contribute to increasing the availability of employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their social, cultural or health disadvantages. In particular, the expected results of the project include creating a level playing field for all population groups, improving employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups and thus ensuring their social inclusion and financial autonomy. Removing barriers in selected PSVR offices will ensure the creation of a long-term impact on improving the accessibility of the labour market and thus contribute to equality and inclusiveness in society. At the same time, the project will result in modernised and debarrierised objects of the employment services – the PSVR offices.
