The present project will contribute to the objectives of the Partnership Agreement by providing a systematic and evidence-based approach to the analysis of educational policies, thus ensuring their more efficient design and evaluation. The project will support the evaluation of trends towards the achievement of the EEA 2030 targets, which are currently incorporated into, e.g., POO, NRPVaV or PSK. The implementation of the Plan will make it possible to identify and systematically address key challenges in the education system, such as, in particular, regional disparities in access to education, socio-economic inequalities in achievement and the specific needs of marginalised groups, including children from Roma communities. The project will also address the needs of teaching, professional and other staff in education, thus having the potential to contribute to improving their working conditions and providing professional development opportunities. By setting up regular monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes of the education system, including measuring progress in areas such as reducing early school leaving and increasing participation in pre-primary education, the project will ensure that interventions are targeted to specific areas in need of improvement, thus making education policies more effective and efficient.
