The purpose of this project is to create an electronic platform for individual learning accounts (EPIVU), which will serve as a system tool to implement the processes associated with individual learning accounts (IVUs). The project will create the core of a public national register of offers of recognised training and education programmes, as well as a single national digital portal allowing users to access their IVUs. The activity will also include the definition of the processes needed to make the IVU accessible to end-users and other actors in the educational process. The expected results of the project are the creation of a functional infrastructure for individual learning accounts, the improvement of the link between educational institutions and individuals and the promotion of lifelong learning in line with national and European strategies.
