The purpose of the project is to increase the professionalism of the inspection in social matters (a) through the training of the staff of the Inspection in social matters, (b) through the pilot implementation of the user element of the inspections carried out by the Inspectorate, and (c) through the establishment and pilot implementation of a quality system for informal care of severely disabled persons (OŤZP). The expected results of the project are (in terms of measurable indicators): a) New, innovative, systemic measures (1) and b) Number of participants having successfully completed the intervention (120). The expected results of the project (in a broader sense) are mainly the following documents in the field of staff training Inspections: a) Staff training needs of the Inspectorate in social matters, b) Staff training programme of the Inspectorate in social matters, c) Staff training modules of the Inspectorate and d) Draft recommendations for legislative amendments in the field of professional competence and continuous training of the Inspectorate in social matters staff. In the area of involving user representatives in the supervision of the Social Inspection, the expected results (in a broad sense) include in particular: a) Number of surveillance activities with a user element (approx. 20), b) Draft recommendations for systemic regulation of the involvement of user representatives in inspections in social matters. In particular, the following documents are expected to deliver (in a broad sense) on the quality of informal OSH care: a) Award for the creation of a quality system for informal care and its evaluation (supervision), b) Proposal for a quality system for informal care provided to OSH and its evaluation (supervision), c) Quality system for informal care provided to OSH and its evaluation (supervision), d) Proposal for recommendations for legislative adjustments in the field of quality system in the field of OSH on OSH and its evaluation (supervision) and e) Number of supervisions aimed at the implementation of the design of the quality system for informal care for OSH and its evaluation (supervision, cca 20).
