The purpose of the project is to increase the availability and quality of provided social services through support, professional and awareness-raising activities and thus increase the quality of life of recipients of social services. Supporting providers and recipients of social services in the process of improving social services and the transition to community-based services will contribute to the fulfilment of objectives and tasks resulting from strategic documents aimed at fulfilling public policies, national and international commitments of the Slovak Republic. The project will also contribute to the fulfilment of the Government Programme Statement 2023-2027. Expected results in: Improving quality in the provision of social services and conducting inspections in social matters are supported by social service providers in meeting quality standards in the provision of social services. Creation and validation of an innovative element for the performance of the Social Inspection, namely the involvement of experts with supervisory experience, thus supporting the improvement of the quality of supervision of the Social Inspection. Output of subactivity: Register of available persons - representatives of users for the performance of inspections in social matters, Standards for the provision of social services in easy-to-read language, Professional and methodological materials on selected topics of quality standards in social services (including a version in understandable language), Audiovisual documents. The support of social service providers in the transformation in selected social service facilities is a continuous continuation of the process of transition from institutional social services to community-based services in Slovakia. Output of subactivity: Transformation plans of social services facilities, Evaluation reports containing specific recommendations for the creation and revision of the transformation plan, Revision of methodologies for the transformation process from institutional to community level, Expert and analytical materials on selected topics of the transition process from institutional to community level, Publications on good practice on selected topics and practical experiences with the transition from institutional to community level, Audiovisual documents. Improving the quality of work through innovative methods and promoting the activation and labour market uptake of recipients of social services with an emphasis on persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder is the improvement of the quality of social services provided by supporting providers in the use of innovative methods of work and professional practices, including the activation and employment of persons with disabilities with an emphasis on persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Output of subactivity: Creation and preparation of groups of self-defenders within the Slovak Republic, Professional and methodological materials on selected topics of innovative methods of work with an emphasis on persons with MP and PAS, early intervention and activation, including work integration (including a version in easy-to-read and understand language), Audiovisual documents.
