Project documentation for construction "Improving housing for residents of the Roma community in the village of Lemešany

The village of Lemešany currently has a total population of 2026 inhabitants. Of the total population, 500 people make up the Roma community, representing 24.7%. These inhabitants of the marginalised Roma community are concentrated within the municipality in one locality. It is a separate site, with 227 citizens of MRK living in 2 apartment buildings, which are fenced from the west side by a wall, behind which there is a local cemetery. Residential buildings were built in the 1990s by the state housing company. Currently, these houses are demolished and in poor technical condition. Residents of the village from MRK who inhabit these apartment buildings come from a low socio-cultural environment, which resulted in the demolition and degradation of the housing units. Due to the risk of the building falling and the resulting injury, the municipality wants to build new apartment buildings for local residents from MRC. At the same time, the municipality wants to ensure quality living conditions for residents from the Roma community, so as to contribute to promoting their inclusion and social inclusion among the majority population. For the actual implementation of the construction is the project documentation. The project documentation also forms the basic documentation for obtaining construction and other necessary permits for construction. Every month, the municipality spends considerable funds on the overall operation and management of the municipality, the costs associated with the implementation of the project documentation are also significantly high for the municipality. Our village is rapidly developing and active in the area of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants, so we have already implemented several successful projects and we continue to do so. Each such successful project included project documentation and other documents that, overall, already cost the municipality high costs. Based on these facts, we present the project in question, which aims at procuring project documentation for the purpose of implementing an investment project aimed at building apartments for residents of the Roma community in the village of Lemešany. Target group The main target group is the population of CLLD 260. A secondary target group - residents of the municipality who will directly and indirectly benefit from the implementation of the project, as its implementation will positively contribute to the mutual relations between the majority population and citizens from MRC - other inhabitants of the municipality from socially disadvantaged groups, in particular MRC. Timetable Start of project implementation: 11/2024 End of project implementation: 04/2025 Total duration of the project: 6 months Place of realization Prešovský kraj, okres Prešov, cadastral territory of the village Lemešany. Measurable indicators PO085, PSKPSOI02 Number of dossiers, analyses, studies and reports produced in relation to preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation: 1 PR061, PSKPSRI08 Number of households improved or created conditions to improve sanitary housing standards: 52 The majority of CLLD residents live in poor socio-economic conditions or their dwellings do not meet technical or hygiene standards and static standards. Their situation leads to full social exclusion or further integration into marginalised groups. One of the most serious causes leading to the full social exclusion of citizens from this population group is precisely the current inadequate standard of their housing or the loss of their residence for various reasons. The unfavourable situation of residents from MRC has often occurred without their own involvement, namely social - economic status, ethnicity, locationdwelling and high unemployment of these inhabitants. It is in our interest to address this serious problem, to provide assistance to the above-mentioned citizens at risk and to create suitable housing conditions for citizens from disadvantaged groups, in particular from CLLD, as well as other citizens who do not have the possibility to provide adequate housing themselves.
