The main objective of the NP is to strengthen the effectiveness of municipalities in creating complex and synergistic interventions at the level of municipalities and towns with the aim of accelerating the socio-economic integration (hereinafter referred to as SEI) of MRC through expert assistance. The creation of a network with qualified personnel capacities will ensure the conditions for strengthening the professional capacities of municipal staff in the use of available financial resources in removing barriers of SEI MRK, while at the same time increasing the quality of submitted projects, their success and effective implementation. The specific objectives of the project are to widen the offer of support measures for the development of competences of municipal staff in ensuring the acceleration of the SEI of the MRC; strengthening local policy-making based on expertise (on needs, options, strategies and p.); Facilitating and supporting municipalities in developing comprehensive solutions and synergies of interventions in the field of SEI MRC and others. The network of assistance teams in cooperation with the municipality contributes to creating favourable conditions for improving the quality of life in the municipality and the city. Employees of NP APS I. assisting municipalities thus help to increase their chances in individual calls of programmes and various grants by providing relevant information, accompanying or taking over part of the tasks and responsibilities in case the municipality does not have sufficient professional or human capacity to implement effectively and at the same time to successfully conclude projects.
