Through its activities, the project contributes to the specific objective ESO 4.10 of the Slovakia 2021-2027 Programme through activities aimed at supporting the socio-economic integration of CLLD members. Implementation of the Comprehensive Approach (for this IO through the MPSC; pastoral assistants, workers and coordinators) supports the reduction or elimination of the emergence of the main identified problems of marginalised Roma communities under the policy objective "A more social and inclusive Europe implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights" and the specific objective "ESO4.10. Promoting the socio-economic integration of marginalised communities such as the Roma". We discuss in more detail the identification of the needs and problems of the target groups in section 7.2. Description of the initial situation. The activities of the NP help to promote mutual learning, desegregation and cohesion of the entire settlement community. At the same time, the implementation of a comprehensive integrated approach is intended to improve the quality of life of the population in the areas defined in the 2030 Strategy. The main objective of the national project is to ensure the integral personal development and activation of CLLD members through the performance of missionary-pastoral work, with a positive impact on alleviating the symptoms of social exclusion and generational poverty, and with an emphasis on the nature of the needs and specific problems of the sites. The NP is based on a reflection on the unfavourable situation of people living in CLLD who face social exclusion and socio-pathological phenomena in almost all areas of life. At the same time, it takes into account the reflection of the work of the MPSC, which has gradually established itself in several marginalised communities in Slovakia and is achieving positive results. The ultimate long-term goal is to create the right conditions so that as many individuals as possible are able to take care of themselves, their families and participate in the life of their community and society. The sub-objectives of the NP are: Ensure the integral personal development of MRC members (e.g. motivation for positive change, improvement of family and community relationships, personal development, education, emotional maturation, healthy lifestyle, spiritual formation and others) and their social inclusion. Provide MRC members with an environment for self-implementation without prejudice and discrimination. Initiate the creation of personal relationships with mature persons for the discovery of one's own value and dignity. Long-term individual support and personally accompany individuals in personal maturation, practical issues, various life situations and in the spiritual field. Actively participate in networking local and regional actors and cooperate to ensure a comprehensive solution to the situation of the target group. Educate volunteers and members of the MRC as well as members of the majority. Through the implementation of the main objective, the NP will, as a priority, positively contribute to the personal development of CLLD members and to the alleviation of social exclusion by activating CLLD members through project activities: increasing interest in education and increasing the number of successful graduates of primary and secondary education (interest in higher education); education of emotionally mature individuals with an interest in social inclusion, healthy lifestyle and spiritual formation; establishing personal relationships with mature people and discovering their own value and dignity; increasing engagement in MPSC activities and interest in participation in community services; reducing aggression in the community and society by removing anonymity; The consequences of inclusion (social change/inclusion) resulting from the activities of the NP MPSC, such as: the perception of the value of education as a basis for successful application in life; actively seeking tutoring and assistance in specific subjects and questions; successful completion of primary and secondary education or active study (at least apprenticeship); not dropping out of school unnecessarily; Completion and completion of the scholarship programme (complementary project funded from other sources); the use of addictive substances does not affect his/her behaviour and actions; regular attendance at medical examinations and, in the event of health problems, a visit to the doctor without delay; debt repayment, ongoing personal/family finance management; permanent or at least seasonal employment; improving the socio-economic status of the addressee’s family; establishing and maintaining relationships with mature persons; Ability to end toxic/pathological relationships; involvement in multi-year formation, development and individual accompaniment (personal, spiritual,..); Engaging in community activities or care (school, centre, environment, ...) - volunteering.
