The purpose of the project is to cover the salary expenditure of the administrative capacity of the HP gestor in order to ensure high-quality human resources to perform the tasks of the HP gestor, which are a prerequisite for the effective performance of the HP gestor's activities. The expected result of the project is a reduction in the turnover of employees of the Department of the Gestor of Horizontal Principles. The funds provided will help to obtain and maintain the necessary sufficiently qualified and stable human resources and ensure the smooth running of the HP Gestorage Department without prejudice to the performance of their duties.
