The financing of the wage expenditure of eligible TAs of the ÚV SR involved in the management and implementation of EU funds will create a basic precondition for reducing turnover and ensuring sufficient, stable and high-quality TAs in accordance with approved management documents, e.g. Guide to the administrative capacities of EU funds, UV SR No 489 to the Human Resources Management System involved in the implementation of EU funds in the 2021-2027 programming period and UV SR No 488 to the determination of the number of TAs financed by EU funds in the 2021-2027 programming period and the setting of the system for the financing of administrative capacities in the 2021-2027 programming period. Reimbursement of salary expenditure of eligible administrative capacity will create the preconditions for the efficient and effective management and implementation of EU funds. The aim of the project is to ensure the effective implementation of EU funds through the fulfilment of the tasks of the ÚV SR – ÚSVRK as IB for PSK by means of stable, high-quality and professionally competent TAs and their adequate remuneration and avoidance of their turnover.
