Ensuring the material and technical equipment of administrative capacity for the 2021-2027 programming period is one of the basic preconditions for the effective absorption of EU funds, which in the current programming period must comply with the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle. Project outputs and their use are intended to improve processes related to the tasks of ÚSVRK as the intermediate body for the Managing Authority of the Programme Slovakia within the framework of project set-up and management. Covering the requirements for the material and technical equipment of eligible employees will contribute to streamlining the outputs of the overall work process within the framework of providing adequate working conditions and, ultimately, to the quality, timely and correct performance of the tasks of the ÚSVRK as IB and, consequently, to ensuring the comprehensive functioning of the Office, which will also result in an increase in the efficiency of the activities carried out in the individual areas of programming, management, implementation, monitoring, control, audit and evaluation of projects and, consequently, of the Programme Slovakia. The implementation of the project will contribute to the successful implementation of the MIP 2021-2027 at all levels of management, implementation, control, audit, fight against corruption and fraud and in support of marginalised Roma communities by ensuring high-quality material and technical equipment of the MIP, while respecting the principle of the MIP.
