The purpose of the proposed act is the development of modern services and smart applications for the improvement of the mobility conditions in the Municipality based on a model of development of sustainable urban mobility and easy accessibility for all the energy saving from the operation of the Municipality but also the reduction of its environmental footprint, the economic development and the strengthening of local entrepreneurship as well as the implementation of actions for the integrated digital transformation of the Municipality.
