The Municipality invests in information infrastructures and electronic networks that will then enable it to transform the procedures for managing cases These infrastructures have a multiplier benefit and are an investment that over time will not only be amortized if it will be an added value for the economic life of the Municipality The investment in such networks leads to the creation of electronic services that contribute to the saving of human and financial resources but also to the faster and easier service of citizens Electronic services can lead to a simplification of procedures which will also act beneficially in saving resources These changes can result from the interconnection of various services with services of the central state but also by connecting communication and interoperability of the Municipality's systems with the information systems of other organizations and public administration bodies
