UPGRADE OF MYKONOS PORT IMPACTOR SYSTEM

The new Port of Mykonos is located in the area of Tourlos about 2 km north of the country of Mykonos and consists of two distinct sections, namely the cruise terminal where cruise ships are served and the commercial section where EAGF and cargo ships are served.The port of Mykonos has been designated as a Port of International Interest due to the increased traffic of ships and passengers. Specifically, in the port of Mykonos, approximately 2000000 passengers are handled annually, ranking it as the first destination of the South Aegean Region and as the second of the country in the Cruise Source ELIME 2022, while in coastal shipping it is classified as the 3rd destination of the South Aegean Region and the 16th of the country. and the installation of 56 new rubber buffers of various types of compressed polyethylene foamfilled pneumatic and angular and the maintenance and repositioning of 16 existing ones as well as the new design for the replacement of the buffers.
