Within the framework of the project, the Municipality of Alexandria will adopt new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in order to improve the efficiency of the Municipality's services and the two-way communication and service of the citizen. This includes actions for the supply and installation of digital solutions that aim to save energy and reduce the energy footprint of Municipal Buildings, to improve the administrative capacity and the operation of the Municipality of Alexandria, to improve the service and the provision of services to the Citizens, to develop the local economy and to enhance the inclusivity of the citizens through consultation on critical issues of the Municipality.
