The purpose of the proposed act is to develop modern services and smart applications to improve the mobility conditions in the Municipality based on a model of development of sustainable urban mobility and easy accessibility for all to save energy from the operation of the Municipality but also to reduce its environmental footprint, the economic development and prosperity of citizens and businesses as well as the implementation of actions to strengthen the digital identity of the Municipality as a whole and create the necessary conditions for the integrated digital transformation of the Municipality.
