Development of an IT system for the provision of electronic services and the implementation of digital processes related to transactions of the PIB Services with citizensenterprises and leading to the issuance of digital certificates of attestations and administrative acts to applicants It is foreseen to include 400 digital processes as well as the digitization of paper documents of the PIB Directorates-General such as the digitization of part of the physical file of licenses of professional taxi buses etc. The PIB will be a comprehensive e-government solution in order to strengthen the administrative capacity of the PIB and offer upgraded digital services to citizensenterprises in the region without requiring their physical presence
