The project concerns the construction of a new building for the accommodation of the 3rd Gymnasium of Patras with a capacity of 270 students in place of the old earthquake-stricken which has been demolished in the area of Ypsilon Alonia in the center of Patras in the Building Block OT 9093The new building will consist of a ground floor a floor and b floor of about 312500 sqm with a basement of about 84000 sqm It will include a multipurpose canteen wc of boys with disabilities offices library nine 9 classrooms one room of foreign language laboratories of natural sciences with a technology laboratory with a warehouse of two staircases etc. In the basement there will be parking spaces for the school staff storage areas of other facilities The roofs will be formed into green roofs which will contribute positively to the energy performance of the buildingDuring the period 20142020 MSF 20142020 the works for the subproject 6 of the ROP 20212027 and the subproject 1 which no longer exists in the ROP 20212027 was completed.
