The operation aims to strengthen the operational capacity of the National Centre for Immediate Assistance in response to crises caused by fires, floods, earthquakes and other phenomena caused by natural and man-made causes. More specifically, the operation concerns the supply of portable booths and accompanying equipment for the transport of patients with infectious communicable diseases or patients who need constant medical care and monitoring, such as those injured by natural disasters, especially in cases of earthquakes and fires or technological accidents.
