The act concerns the energy upgrading of building infrastructure of the Municipality of Grevena and specifically the 2nd 3rd 6th and 7th Primary Schools as well as the City Hall and the Old Forestry through the installation of external thermal insulation, the installation of roof insulation, the replacement of frames with glazing, as well as the upgrading of the heating system through the installation of heat pumps, the installation of thermal energy management automation of buildings, the replacement of oil boilers with new high energy efficiency natural gas boilers and the installation of photovoltaic panel power generation systems.
