The aim of the proposed project is to make known the wider historical context as well as the events of the specific historical moment of the Battle of Thermopylae and on the other hand it should highlight the KIETH as a tourist and scientific attraction due to the exhibits and their exhibition narrative The exhibition also seeks to approach many different audience groups eg senior students b to combat exclusion by ensuring accessibility to all social groups c to attract online visitors who will visit the KIETH website and d to strengthen relations with the wider network of sites of historical and cultural interest.
