The proposed project concerns the implementation of the project entitled Construction of an administrative centre with a multipurpose hall in the Dombolis building The proposal examines buildings I II III IV V of a total area of approximately 600000 sqm of the Dombolis building complex former buildings of the facilities of the University of Ioannina on Dombolis street for the creation of a cultural core that includes administrative functions centers and places of interest for art and culture The Dombolis building complex is an emblematic building infrastructure of particular cultural and historical importance located at the entrance of the city of Ioannina Finally, it is noted that in the past it was part of the University of Thessaloniki and later the University of Ioannina was housed in these areas.
