The project concerns the construction of a new building for the housing of the 12th Primary School of Patras with a capacity of 270 students in place of the old one, which has been demolished in the area of Ypsilon Alonia in the center of Patras in Building Block OT 9093The need for the construction of the school is great both for the decongestion of the school units of the city to which the students of the 12th Primary School have been transferred and for the exemption of the students from the daily movement to and from the temporary relocation schools, which in addition burdens the municipality with a significant financial burden.
