In the context of this Act, the construction of an improvement and marking of a network of trails in the Municipality of Prespa will be funded after the finalization of the paths that will be included according to the needs of the Municipality of Prespa.The paths that will be selected are part of the study entitled "Study for the Construction of Paths of the Municipality of Prespa", which was drafted in 2009. The purpose of the act is to protect natural ecosystems from damage that may be caused by the unorganized wandering of tourists, the development of alternative forms of tourism such as environmental travel history, etc., the strengthening and economic development at local and regional level, as well as the utilization of the development of the wider area to attract not only visitors familiar with the natural environment but also the wider public that is increasingly sensitive to environmental issues and wishes to enjoy areas of particular beauty of natural cultural heritage.
