The project concerns the construction of the necessary works for the settlement of part of the torrent that crosses the settlement of Efkarpia in the Municipal Unit of Tragilos in the Municipality of Visaltia in the Prefecture of Serres to provide a solution to the problem of floods observed every year in this area.
