The project concerns the improvement of an existing road section and the construction of a new 696 km total length in the section of Provincial Road 1 of the Regional Unit of Chania from Platanos to Sfinari This road axis for the section of KasteliPlatanos is part of the primary provincial network of the Prefecture and is a road axis connecting the southwestern areas of Chania characterized by intense tourist activity with the North Road Axis of Crete BOAK and the port of Kissamos.
