The Reuse Restoration Study of the Kothri Mansion concerns the elaboration of the necessary maturation studies for the restoration and re-use of the Kothri Mansion as a Municipal Gallery with the main objective of its full functional and aesthetic restoration and its static enhancement so that it can respond to the new conditions of use and operation, the cultivation of the public, lifelong education through art and the entertainment it offers, and the promotion and utilization of the culture and cultural heritage of the place.
