The object of the project is the analysis, the planning, the development, the configuration, the implementation and the implementation of an integrated Human Resources Management System for the Public Administration where the political and strategic decisions on human resources issues will be designed, implemented and monitored and the planning, implementation and evaluation of the single human resources management policy will be supported in the Public Administration The implementation of this system will serve 2 basic needs The need of the Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the other Ministries to have quality human resources elements in the public administration so as to serve decision-making and policy-making b The need of each body to have a human resources management system that will eliminate bureaucratic procedures and save time and costsThe operational areas that will cover the SMS for the Public Administration are defined as follows: Recruitment Changes Management of organisational and individual elements Human Resources Register Personnel evaluation Administrative information Executive reports and management support Education and development Register of Bodies Digital Organisational Competences The SMSD will be installed centrally in the new Data Centre of the Public Administration at the premises of the Contracting Authority GCloud of the Information Society SA in virtual machines that will be made available for this purpose and will be available remotely to the bodies of the Public Administration that will be designated and will be users of the system.
