The Act concerns the construction of an external aqueduct that will enhance the supply of the existing reservoirs of the settlements of Melivoia and Echinos by exploiting a natural spring located 25km northeast of the settlement of Dimari, as well as the necessary sub-projects for connection to HEDNO's network and monitoring of excavation works by Xanthi EFA.
