The operation concerns the energy upgrading of the secondary school building 1st GEL Chalkida 1496sqm on 14 Dim Katsikogianni Street in Chalkida The planned interventions in this school building are the replacement of existing frames with new aluminum exterior wall insulation roof insulation and a partial replacement of air conditioners with new high-efficiency technology inventer replacement of lighting fixtures with a new type of LED installation of a 10KW Photovoltaic System using Net Metering and installation of a natural gas boiler to connect to the corresponding natural gas distribution networkThe aim of the proposed interventions is to ensure thermal comfort conditions in the interior of the school building and at the same time the rational use and energy savingIn the context of the operation and after the completion of the energy interventions subproject 1 will be prepared and the final state EPC of the subproject 2The implementation of the two subprojects of the operation will be in accordance with the provisions of Law 44122016
