The Act focuses on the creation and operation of a national network for the monitoring and management of eruptions of marine fauna species The purpose of this Act is to address eruption incidents by ensuring the protection and welfare of species, the protection of public health, the collection of scientific data and the education and awareness of the parties involved with the overall aim of protecting and preserving marine biodiversity through the timely response to eruption incidents.
