The Act concerns the Continuation of the Operation of the Cultural Heritage Promotion Structure of the Municipality of Patras in the complex of buildings of the Old Slaughterhouses Akti Dymaion 84m2 The site of the Old Slaughterhouses is a multi-purpose cultural space with the Carnival and Karagiozis as a reference center along with the tangible and intangible heritage that accompanies them with a strongly creative digital audiovisual educational social and participatory character A landmark for our city proposing a new model of cultural strategy for the sustainable development of the City of Patras The site is open throughout the year to citizens of all ages who will have the opportunity to tour all areas and get to know the world of the creation of the Patras Carnival and Karagiozis The Structure with a focus on the promotion of the cultural heritage of the Municipality of Patras and the enhancement of employment aims at providing services for the creative employment and education of children including children with disabilities and focuses on issues related to social inclusion and awareness of the Municipality of Patras.
