The project Training and certification of knowledge and skills of employees is a comprehensive intervention through the provision of personalized Counseling Training and Certification of knowledge and skills regardless of the sector or the company employed in the intervention area of OXE SYDNA in the context of the Call The project is addressed to 250 total beneficiaries of the program is to promote one-stopshop services with final beneficiaries of employees More specifically, it concerns the design of targeted actions on the basis of personalized approaches for the development of skills and adaptability of employees taking into account their jobs Jobdescription as well as the modern requirements to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of the Regional Strategy of Smart Specialization. The training will have a duration of 360 hours of theory and will be subsidized with 500 per hour and will lead to the participation in examinations for obtaining certification of acquired skills from accredited certification bodies The submission of applications will be made in accordance with detailed instructions that will be announced after the finalization of the competitive procedures in compliance with the prescribedThe aim of this action is to strengthen the beneficiaries for the optimal use of the stocks and skills they have through the provision of new and innovative methods that ensure their personal development, their professional development as well as the reduction of job precarity
