According to the Local Waste Management Plan of the Municipality of Zitsa and the revised and approved Regional Waste Management Plan of the Region of Epirus, in order to achieve the recycling targets set by Law 40422012 and to promote the separate collection of waste, it is proposed to create a green point at the level of the Municipality where separately recyclable materials such as paper metal plastic and glass green bulky WEEE and other items will be collected, as detailed below.
