The project concerns the construction of a building of about 480 sqm at 35 Epidaurus Street Municipal Community of Thessaloniki to meet the functional needs of a modern 3-seat kindergarten with 3 classrooms rest room dining room multipurpose space office toilets and courtyard configuration of about 990 sqm The building will be fully accessible with ramps and floor configurations in the surrounding area and toilets for people with disabilities inside the building The design of the building was based on the principles of bioclimatic design with ensuring natural lighting ventilation in main and auxiliary areas sun protection at the openings in the east and south orientation thermal insulation of a casing and courtyard configuration with water permeable materials and green to create a favorable microclimate
