The act concerns the establishment and operation of 1 Unit of Supervised Apartments for LGBTQI people with a target group for persons belonging to the LGBTQI community 2 Psychosocial Support Structure including the Psychological Support Telephone Line with a target group for those persons who have been subjected to violence and/or discrimination because of their gender expression identity and sexual orientation, but also for people who have witnessed such violence and/or discrimination and wish to report them, or for persons who have questions about sexual orientation and/or gender identity and/or expression.
