The operation concerns the assignment to an external expert of Technical Advisor the technical support of the Territorial Group of the OPEVAA which includes in particular the following tasksSupporting the Territorial Group in monitoring the progress of the implementation of the Strategy and the projects, drafting and proposing the Progress Monitoring ReportsCooperation and mobilization of the implementing bodies to accelerate the projects, recording weaknesses or obstacles in their implementation and proposing actions to address them, providing advice to the implementing bodies in relation to the management of the design and implementation of their projectsThe recording and delineation of needs for Technical Assistance and their suggestion to the Territorial Support GroupCooperation with the other spatial experts and with the Regional Expert maximizing the experience and benefitsThe operation is estimated to contribute substantially to the effective implementation of the strategy
