This project aims to establish the strategic planning unit of the University of Macedonia The design and implementation of the strategic plan and action plan will be the main guide for the University of Macedonia for research, education and innovation based on the partnership of synergies with academic bodies and businesses To support the actions will be designed and implemented an information system of support that in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Unit of the University of Macedonia and with the information systems of the Secretariats of the Schools of the University will strengthen the processes of monitoring the evaluation and implementation of the actions Significant effort will be given to activities of dissemination and promotion of the actions at national and international level as well as evaluation of the objectives that will have been set. The project aims at the cooperation of the members of the teaching staff as well as the cooperation with other scientific bodies and institutions for the creation of a learning community for the creation and exchange of good practices and the design of modern and effective educational actions.
