The act Completion of the Foreground of Culture concerns the completion of the building located in the building block OT809 on a plot of 4000 m2 and surrounded by Anthimou Gazi Koumoundourou and Velli streets The act is the second and final phase of implementation of the project and the construction works concern the installation of equipment in the theater hall, the installation of equipment in the foyer, the ticket offices and the dressing room, the construction works of the stage with a total area of 41000 m2, the implementation of the acoustic study and the stage lighting study, the complete installation of electromechanical equipment, the completion of the hydraulic installation and the investments of the toilets in the theater's dressing rooms.
