The action aims through the support of the Strategic Planning Unit to strengthen the autonomy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and its effective strengthening in the process of preparing implementation and monitoring on an annual basis of its strategic planning and the particular research and educational identity of the University of Thessaloniki, to support through the Office of the Centre for the Support of Teaching GRADIMKEDIMA the teaching work of academic staff of universities as well as to promote the overall educational experience of students with a view to creating the appropriate learning environment achieve the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning addressed to the main and auxiliary teaching staff of the institutions, especially to young teachers as well as to those responsible for the development and implementation of curricula and ensuring the quality of education provided in each academic unit. In particular, new teaching approaches, innovative practices and the use of ICT are strengthened in order for teachers to reflect on the educational process, to record their needs, to create and exchange good practices, to develop modern and effective educational actions.
