The main objective of the Project is the development and support of the operation of the Strategic Planning Unit with human resources information systems and studies The implementation of the Project is directly related to the strategic objectives of the Foundation that have been adopted and submitted in March 2019 in the context of the certification of the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESDP). The general strategic planning of the National Technical University of Athens aims at strengthening its objectives with the continuous effort of utilizing the human resources of the logistical resources and infrastructures of the NTUA. Furthermore, the GRADIMKEDIMA of the NTUA will be created and developed with the aim of strengthening the work of the teachers through the production of development materials of methods and techniques for more effective teaching with the direct benefit not only of the teachers but also of the students.
