In addition to their main task of guarding the country's borders and territorial integrity, the Armed Forces assist the country's civil protection teams by providing specialized or not personnel and means in accordance with the Xenocrates plan.The implementation of this project will have the immediate consequence of maintaining the high operational readiness of the Armed Forces to prevent and effectively respond to risks and threats, as well as ensuring an immediate response capability within the framework of the Xenocrates plan.In addition, it will contribute to social assistance and support activities of the state services to address emergencies.More specifically, the supply of the special equipment provided for in the project will have the effect of increasing the contribution of the Armed Forces in the following areas1 In the implementation of emergency plans and in response to natural disasters, with parallel possibilities for rescue and damage restoration2 In the possibility of construction and restoration of damage to infrastructure and facilities3 In the maintenance of open roads4 In the prevention of natural disasters, such as fire zones and flood protection projects
